2. Electro Galvanized Plated sheet with PUF panel 40-60 mm (cost effective solution)

3. EGP Sheet 1.5mm with Gypsum board 12mm

4. Solid Mineral Surface type

Laminar Airflow:

One of the most critical elements in an operation theater, therefore we offer both indigenous and imported Laminar Airflow system, confirming to strict International Standards.

Media Bridge:

We bring you the latest technology in the form of a Media Bridge. Media Bridge is a replacement for pendants. It is not only better ergonomically by providing 360 degree access but it also helps in maintaining the class of clean room specified as there is no obstruction in the Laminar Flow of air.

Pendants:

We offer a wide range of pendants. We recommend Pendants in an Operation Theater where budget and space is a concern.

Digital X-Ray Viewing screen:

Our Digital X-ray viewing screen is a very versatile project We offer indigenous analog X-ray Viewing screen.

Hatch Box (Indian):

A hatch is provided in each Operation theatre to remove waste materials from the operation theatre to dirty linen area just adjacent to Operation Theatre. Each hatch is equipped with two doors and the doors is electronically interlocked i.e. the hatch is designed in such a way that only one door is opened at one time. The UV light is installed that it is kept on while both the doors are closed. This UV light has to be automatically turned off in case of opening of either of the doors. There shall be indicators on both sides of the OT so that the door open / close status can be monitored from both ends.

Control Panel (Indian) we offer indigenous control panel. Our control panel indicates the following:

e. Hands Free Telephony set with memory

f. Temperature and humidity indicator with controller

g. HEPA filter status module

Automatic Hermetic sealed Door:

We offer hermetic doors from Metaflax. Our Hermetic doors are 100% hermetically sealed. All kinds of options from single sliding, to double swing are available. Our solution is once again completely customizable as per the customer needs.

Flooring:

Antistatic conductive flooring 2mm thickness (Imported) Seamless, Anti microbial and antifungal easy to clean, can be steam cleaned Chemical resistant, Withstand aggressive cleaning regimes.

Writing Board (Operating List Board) (INDIAN)

One operating list board is provided in each operating theatre. It is made of ceramic having Magnetic properties and flushed to the wall of the operating room.

PRD (Pressure Relief Dampers) (INDIAN)

Pressure Relief Dampers provided in each room to prevent cross contamination of air from clean and dirty areas. Suitably sized air pressure relief damper, strategically placed, enabling differential room pressure to be maintained and ensure that when doors are opened between clean and dirty areas. Counter-weight balancing system will be provided in the PRD to maintain positive pressure inside the operation room. Air pressure stabilizers will unique capability of controlling differential pressure to close tolerance. The PRD will remain closed at pressure below the set pressure and would open fully at pressure only fractionally above the threshold pressure. The body would be epoxy coated as per standard BS colors. First class electrolyzed steel plate is used for body and with high grade SS304 Stainless Steel for blades.

Storage Unit– (INDIAN)

The storage unit is ergonomically designed made with 1.50 mm thick F.G.P. Zinc coated steel panels homogenously filled with poly urethane foam. The doors of the storage cabinet house vacuum insulated glass, these doors are installed on the storage units with the help of imported fittings allowing an opening allowance of 160 degree. The storage unit is divided in 2 equal parts and each part having individual doors with locking system. Each part is provided with steel racks which is completely detachable type.

Automatic Hermetic Doors Swing/Sliding Indigenous:

We also offer indigenous Hermetic doors for all areas including OT, scrub as well as ICUs. All kinds of sensors are also available.

Distribution Board (INDIAN)

All high voltage equipment is installed in a separate enclosure. The remote cabinet houses the operating lamp transformers, mains failure relays, electrical distribution equipment and circuit protection equipment for all circuits within the operating theatre. All internal wiring terminates in connectors with screw and clamp spring connections of the Clip-on type mounted, on a DIN rail and labeled with indelible proprietary labels. Individual fuses or miniatures circuit breakers are there protect all internal circuits.
